My Story. My Passion. My Pledge.

As a little girl, I was introduced to the spirit of entrepreneurship and giving back from my parents.

Throughout my career, I never forgot my dream of someday founding my own consultancy so that I could share my knowledge and experience with others.

Along the way, I made a promise to myself to follow that dream and fulfill my vision of founding the kind of personalized consultancy I always valued.

Following my retirement, my dream began to take shape and become a reality. Plousha Moore Group was formed — based on the expertise I gained and the guiding principles I valued most:

  • Always be available
  • Deliver strategic advice and counsel based on data
  • Offer excellent service and break-through ideas
  • Remember to be grateful — and give back
