I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. Having my own business has long been a dream of mine. With careful planning, a focused approach and a unique professional brand I made it happen: Plousha Moore Group (PMG) became a reality. As a new entrepreneur, the last two years have been exciting and rewarding.

PMG grew out of my years of traditional professional experience as Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief of Staff at Atrium Health. We are a boutique consulting team specializing in executive-level leadership and advisory services. We have clients at both the corporate and the individual level.
