Debra Plousha Moore is the Founder and Principal at the Plousha Moore Group (PMG).
For more than 35 years she has personally orchestrated strategies that strengthen executive leadership skills, engage employees and drive operational and financial goals. Debra has a passion for Governance, Organizational Structure and effective Strategy Execution.

John E. Moore, Jr.
Colonel John E. Moore, Jr., USAF (Ret.) serves as a Partner at PMG and an Advisor in the areas of military strategy, utilities and higher education.
John also brings hands-on expertise working with academic organizations as well as national and regional community groups.
He is a past Chair of the Board of Trustees for Bowling Green State University and the Alumni Board where he is currently an engaged and active alumnus. John brings years of direct knowledge of working with non-profit groups such as the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Chambers of Commerce, Leadership Ohio and other Ohio state-wide Economic Development Councils.

With more than 25 years of experience in strategy design and development for some of the top healthcare systems in the nation, Margaret is passionate about helping executives and organizations communicate more effectively in this complex, information-filled world.
Margaret leads Client Solutions at PMG. She works personally with each client to develop the best strategy to enhance their individual or organizational strategy.
Throughout her career, she has been known for inspiring change in large, matrix organizations – while never losing her passion for people. Margaret works with leaders across the spectrum to create personal and professional brands that impact change and move culture.
With PMG Solutions, Margaret is building relationships with leaders at all levels of the organization using her strengths to analyze data, design strategy and develop scalable plans. This is a specialty of Margaret’s and the Plousha Moore Group.

Nicole Dodson Moore
Nicole Dodson Moore is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 17-years of experience as an owner and CEO.
She leads Diversity, Equity, Access & Inclusion (DEA&I) Operational Affairs.
Nicole has spent years researching DEA&I initiatives for fortune 500 companies such as Nationwide Insurance Realty, L Brands (formally The Limited Brands), Best Buy, and The Ohio State University among others. She understands the opportunities an effective Supplier Diversity Programs can bring to large and small organizations.
Nicole resides in Piedmont CA with her two daughters and husband. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University. She prefers to spend her free time volunteering for multiple causes and enjoying her family and close friends.

With more than 15 years of experience as a clinical psychologist, Dr. Lea Tate adds a new unique dimension to Leadership Assessments and Leadership Development.
Working alongside business leaders across many industries, from the healthcare C-suite to state and local political leaders, Dr. Tate uses her skills and training to assess people and processes to support and advance strategic decision making.
